Well the answer is yes but the question is one that you aren't meant to be asking on these forums, and anyone who DOES have seeds is typically not going to feel safe sending them to a stranger.
On the up side, there are plenty of seed vendors that ship to the States. I have had good experiences with seedboutique.com and cannaseur.com.
I assume you are a nOOb to growing and would recommend hanging out in Cultivation. The Strains and Seeds forum will answer any Qs you have.
