You see, there is a lot of paperwork to do for even issuing tickets. Even speeding tickets and broken tailight tickets. If you get a fine, it has to be recorded and that goes through several steps.

So the way I see it, I can't the cops even bothering to write up a report on what happened.

As for the ambulance, have fun explaining that hefty bill if you don't have health coverage.

A lot of the times..cops will tell you that kind of shit, to get you scared..hopefully scare you straight. LOL

but yeah, those ambulance bills can get pretty costly...I had one once for over $ 500 and that was 15 years ago.
