This world would have probably been fine before humans went and messed it up. You know, oil and gas killing the earth, spending billions a year to bury nuculear waste in the ground, polluting the already poor peoples water and land so they get poorer...yup, "god" must be really happy with us because if I were a creator of something and seen people destroy it, I'd be pissed off man.
