im a little concerned
i was given this girl about a week back, she was 15 days old whne i got her, shes a clone from her mother, sitting under 2 cfls right now, a 42watt 2700k, and a 23watt 5500k 18/6, shes in an 8" round pot with jungle growth soil, tht has fertilizer in it 25-12-12 soil ph is at about 7.8 growing indoors/closet.

what a guy have to do to get some advice here lol, joke joke
ive been looking at hps setups, i want to get sometihng better the the cfl's there in about a 2x2 area, so i think a 250watt would work well in that area

aight man ive seen some plant if u want to get that thing big fast theres a certain type of fertalize almost like the plants food whitch u need to have a medical licence to get and jsut sprinkle about a gram ononce every three days and that thing will be 6 feet high like my friends most science teachers in highschools can get them..find a cool one

and get some tinfoil it reflects the light witch helps it get hott as balls

Don't listen to Bhaze, don't use tinfoil, white flat paint at the least. And your ph is to high. Needs to be in the 6.5 to 6.8 range.
looks like a nutrient burn to me..

Like spacemyface said, ph is too high, lower it to 6.5-6.8 using a ph down solution, if you aren't able to get a hold of any, try peat moss or elemental sulphur. Are there any fans/ventilation? What about temps? Light cycles? the tears/missing leaf sections look like bugs/insects. look under the leaf for any little bugs.
