Surely with the same logic, Winston Churchill and the ally leaders should "go to prison immediately and be euthanized"? War will always kill innocents, you should be grateful the bomb was dropped to help them, not kill them. Mistakes happen. Deal with it.

Justice ? What about justice for those who were murdered on 09/11/01 ?

They were innocent victims too..they were murdered by muslims and we are now at war ,with the terrorists and Islam too..as far as I'm concerned.

The US goverment has even admitted that "the intelligence was flawed" so the logic used here could be translated into a simple analogy.

In my street lives a guy who has prior convictions for aggravated burglary.
This man is a potential threat to me and my home even though he wants nothing to do with me.
I fear he may attemt to burgle my home .
Based on this fear I choose to blow his fucking thieving brains out.
By Bush's logic even if it was found that the guy was no real threat I would still be justified in wasting him.
In reality if I did shoot the burglar I would most likely find myself with a new residence and lots of time to think! All at the care of the state....
