I think he was dead sober. He looked very nervous and the way he talked, he could tell he was nervous. Who of us wouldn't be nervous on live TV.

Some people ramble when they are nervous, some people make incoherant sentences that ramble on to no end.

In combination with being nervous, and perhaps not getting much sleep due to the excitment, he sounded and looked high.

That's what I think anyways.

It's better than those ones that say "uhh" every 2 seconds. "He got the uhh layup and uhhh got the 3 points we needed and uhh, I think he uhh, did a good job"
