Why is subbing out of the picture?

Again, this is way too complicated for most people:

PFU: Prior Frequency of Use (24hr/7d)
CFU: Current Frequency of Use
GAPU: General Amount per Prior Usage (grams or amt. per MU)
GACU: General Amount per Current Usage (grams or amt. per MU)
PUQ: Prior Usual Quality (Regs, Mids, Dro, Exotic, etc. )
CUQ: Current Usual Quality (Regs, Mids, Dro, Exotic, etc. )
PMU: Prior Method of Usage (Joint, Blunt, Bowl, Bong, etc.)
CMU: Current Method of Usage (Joint, Blunt, Bowl, Bong, etc.)
DS: Duration of Sobriety (days gone cold turkey)

This would be an example of how I would like someone to write it. "Hey, I have been a daily smoker for the last 5 years. I smoke about half a joint 3 times a day of some mids. I last smoked on June 20th and I was out for about 2 weeks in the middle of May. I'm 6' and weigh 180 and I have a desk job but I work out about 3 times a week." See how easy that was?
