I've heard that excuse from dealers before, and they're ALWAYS people that I didn't know, and trusted with more than 20-30 bucks. Back when that was a problem, I could afford to waste that kind of money...but now I'd be getting my dough back.

This is an old thread too...wouldn't that guy be out of jail or w/e by now?
