You truly don't think that your soldiers are helping your country right now? If you don't try to do something about terrorism, it will rule your life. If we just sit, like CLINTON did...we can expect another(maybe multiple)attack(s), and then where do we stand. It's the right thing to do to combat these people, because they hate us, and our ideological differences clash too much to find common ground.
I agree with your world police stance...and I don't like America doing that either...but who else will? Who else has the power? Or the ability to do anything?
Personally, I enjoy the fundamental freedoms of living in a democracy, and don't take kindly to anyone who wishes to hinder them.
I thought America was very strong on that front, and even if your citizens don't support the war, I was under the impression that they had at least the decency to support those men and women while they are over there. Even if you don't agree with the mission, you could at least show some respect for those who've been ordered to go.
