I have been addicted to heroin and nicotene and once I made up my mind to quit, it was done.
The physical withdrawals from the heroin was the worst thing I have had to go through in my life, nicotene was easy only making me a little nervous for a couple of days and very hungry for about six months.
I wish an easy withdrawal on any of you that still smoke and want to quit but, if you do not make up your mind and stick to it, it will not work.
I know that there is no deterant for you coming from me but, think about your lungs for a second. I was ten when I started smoking and 40 when I quit for good.
