I kinda have to agree with this guy even though most of you don't. I started cigarettes at age 12. Maybe had a few a week, but as of early 2006, they became a daily thing...at least one a day. I eneded up doing through 3 packs a week as of late, and in april I told myself and a few close friends "look we all talk about quitting at one point and we always find excuses not to quit...but the excuses are always terrible. Let's just fucking do it, and down a couple of 40's.

Since that very day, I haven't had a single urge, a single craving, a single bit of will to actually smoke a cigarette. Nothing.

Now for people who go through in a day what I went through in a week, I guess those are the ones that find it harder to quit, but the day you have to buy two or three packs of cigarettes to feed your need...that's when you have to realize you've gone too far...financially (a pack of cigarettes in my area costs us easily upwards of 5.50 - 6 dollars. I used to get mine for $6.50 because the store sold to underage people so they charged a bit more). And you also realize that you've gone too far physically when you see 40 ciggarettes being consumed in one day.
