I'm so happy, I'm finally getting my life in order I've recently been going to the gym, and from last year was only able to bench like 75, but now I'm up to 110 doing 3 sets of 12 reps. I've also been noticing that I have much more stamina and energy from doing a lot of cardio and drinking Green Tea nonstop. I've also been focusing on getting more intelligent through philosophy and reading. Getting stoned helps a lot with this lol.
