Yeah I heard if you drink green tea every day like in the morning you really start to live healthier maybe even adds years on to your life. I work at "Whole Foods Market" We have a drink called "Kombucha" its like a raw fruit detox drink cost $4 per drink - and taste somewhat like a corona but it's extremely healthy.

I've recently been going to the gym, and from last year was only able to bench like 75, but now I'm up to 110 doing 3 sets of 12 reps. I've also been noticing that I have much more stamina and energy from doing a lot of cardio and drinking Green Tea nonstop. I've also been focusing on getting more intelligent through philosophy and reading. Getting stoned helps a lot with this lol. Another good thing thats happened for me is I've stopped sitting on my ass lately and I've started going outside and doing shit.I've also been getting better at guitar and bass, and am in an actually decent band. I hope I can keep this up.

and no disrespect but 110 isnt that much. given i dont know how big you are or anything about you, im just sayin. keep workin on it and dont bench every day. idk if you are or not but thats a very good way NOT to gain muscle. lol i learned the hard way.
