Sometimes I think about why we even fight wars in the first place if the opposing sides have to dress in different uniforms to tell friends from enemies.

Other times I think about an intersecting plane made entirely of an unmeasurable material that is the driving force behind emotion, that before you reach out to grab something, that material pushes you. I thought about that while watching a lava lamp.
