I worked in construction. Construction bosses don't give a damn if you smoke as long as you show up and don't get hurt.

it seems pretty damn unconstitutional to spring drug tests randomly, or force them.

it makes for the same idea of police searching you cause your a teen out after dark, its not right and they know it.

just read the threads, and if those asses come around with their little nazi drug test, kick em in the balls and pass with flying colours (litteraly).

the most stonerific job i ever had was when i did a summer workeing at a flower nursery... i was the only male cashier, so i got to flirt with all the chicks in the cashier booth, and the hardest thing i ever had to do was maybe 3 times a week a i had to go out and stand in the sun and go down the rows of flowers pickng off dead ones. .. i'd be high at work all the time, and i was usually about 10 minutes late everyday, my punishment for that was being let go a week early for the season (it was a seasonal job)

i work in a resturant as a bar back, or a host....

pretty much everyone there is a stoner.....

but a lot of the times a big corporation will drug test because they are huge and have a bunch of money.... but if its just a lil home owned and operated type place or w/e they might not cuz they dont wanna have to pay for that....

I used to work at a amusement park in games and retail haha. That was a great job that didnt drug test...plus the food was great

I work at my local gym. There are virtually no responsibilities aside from scanning membership cards and bullshitting with members. Naturally, I smoke before I go to work and it makes the day much more pleasant.

i cant see drug tests being possible in a place that puts human rights first, it seems like a HUGE INFRINGEMENT OF PRIVACY

I feel ya but there are two big reasons why it's perfectly constitutional, but I think I'll save that discussion for later.
