You need 50 posts, I think. Then you can upload a picture for you avatar in your CP (control panel)

IDK if thats on the list of new people,,,I think they can have an Picture/Avatar......

Up top click [User CP]>On the left [Edit Avatar]>on the bottom [Browse]>save
