MASTER PAN QING FU.. this dude is a living legend and probably the most crucial person in martial arts.. he seriously knocks BIG men out with his stomach.. The callouses on his knuckles extend for about half an inch past his knuckles and are literally as hard as steel. And by that I mean he punches a block of steel upwards of 10,000 times a day every day for the last, oh... 60 or so years of his life. Hes the one that inspired me to train hard enough to finally be able to fracture a human skull with a punch.
