I have it marinating in a Sam Adams dark Ale and a spicy jerk~style dry rub
in my smoker for about 6 hours
Hickory chips with mesquite chunks

slow cooked baked beans with brown sugar
corn on the cobb
Red ,White & blue frosted yellow cake with butter cream :hippy:
