3 42w cfls... enough for 1 baby?

ok so my friend is planning growing 1-2 plants inside under 3 42w cfl's from seedling to flowering... will that be enough? any recomendations on things that reflect?

Mylar for the walls or flat white paint from what I understand. Foil tends to create hotspots which can burn your plant. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It's enough light to flower them. Don't expect a ton of yield though. Maybe 1.5 or 2 ounces dry, maybe a bit more if you're lucky and everything goes just right. Seems like a lot of effort for such little reward, but I understand the desire - been there, done that. Good luck!
