i'm 5'11 1/2, weighing in at about 160lbs.. pretty fast metabolism, low body fat cus i'm soo bony :thumbsup:

As well I'm a little concerned at the arrival time for the QF to arrive.. How good of a guess can someone make on

a smoker (6" tall, 160lbs, fast metabolism, low body fat) hitting 2 bowls a night, 5/7 nights a week..

to stop 5 days prior, and continually flushing with fluids in between daily exercise?


I also heard a high fiber diet will help by redirecting fat soluble metabolites to the colon rather than bladder. Thus a person with a high fiber diet will excrete a majority of THC [metabolites] in the stool. So I figured I'd try upping my fiber diet. Good idea or no? Any more comments or suggestions?? I appreciate the help thus far. I feel the family love. :hippy:
