I have purposely hung around people at parties because they have weed, occasionally, but this is a common occurence in the UK during times of famine. By the same token though whenever I have some I always share it round.

If you have to steal to feed your habit, you have a substance abuse problem.
It's nothing to do with physical addiction, it's doing things that (I certainly HOPE) you would not otherwise do to feed it.

Can't say I have. I went without weed for a lil' while and I really fancied a joint when I went home to bed, so I just asked my mate if I could nick a joints worth from him, he didn't mind at all. I rolled him a joint next time I had some.
