I love myself deeply, but I sometimes don't like myself, if that makes any sense.

I lost all touch with myself and at one point had no idea who i was or what i have become. I then realized until i love myself i can not love anyone else to the fullest. Who here loves them selfs and accepts who they are? and who they will become knowing that its your life and whatever happens you will always have your loved ones? Now i know their are people out their with no one, But when i was in this state of mind i always Rating: 5

With my lifes experiences, I have figured out that I do like myself, and like the things that I have been able to do for the benifit of others and mankind in general. Everybody has done stuff that they are not especially proud of in their past. Love is objective, some times more than others. I thought I was in love...twice. I was wrong both times. Gotta hate it when that happens.
I am content with just liking myself for now.

I love myself and know that my loved ones will be here for me. I would love a little meter on top of my head to let everyone know how much I'm feeling horrible about myself, and not them.

Great idea for a thread blazin...I am happy with who I am..but I am also very self critical. Ive never really thought about lovin myself ,I love my girl my kids my life but myself I dont know abt that. When in conversation some one says that guy loves himself it usually means either he s a body builder that kisses his biceps in the mirror,or a gay guy with expensive clothes. Lets just say Im happy with who I am .

Besides family, it's the only thing you have.
I'm learning to but it's hard. loving yourself....

Of course I love myself. Not in a selfish way, but in an appreciative way. I am very happy to have the awesome opportunity to be alive...to be that one little zoid who made it inside the egg first!

I agree with you Blazin It; when you love yourself, you don't have to worry about others bringing you down as much...thus allowing your mind to get in sync with the other person rather than judging them or even yourself.

It's very physically and mentally healthy to love yourself !! Please do!
