i'm buying me a 50 dollar bottle of hypnotiq, and a nice size bottle of hennesey for incredible hulks on the 3rd... not even gonna touch them, gonna leave 'em in the freezer over night...

also getting me a couple hieny minikegs (lol.. it's how i'm goign to resist touching the hennsey and hypnotiq) that night... i knwo for a fact i'll have atleast a full one the next day....

i don't grill, but i might even go down to the store and get me a brisket to cook in the oven... (i'm good enough to actually pull it off) or maybe bbq style ribs instead... don't know yet...

Yesterday was Canada Day (it became a country July 1, 1867), and it was kind of a big deal since it was Canada's 140th birthday, so we smoked A LOT!!
