Its a free concert at a big park in Frederick, Maryland.

i plan on going to the san Bernardino mountains starting early around 11 am, getting completely wasted and smoked out, walk through the town because events will be going on and the streets will be closed. Buy some glow in the dark neck less, and then watch fireworks over lake arrowhead.. awesome fireworks too then continue to party through the night at a friends house doing beer bongs... i think i just might pass out that day lmao
