sometimes when I am lazy, I get up to around 220....then I just cut down on the ho-ho's...then my weight starts going down.

I was 213.5 pound the other day but only 204 three weeks ago and am 6'3" tall. My weight stays in that immediate area now for the past few years after I dropped my quit smoking cigarettes weight which went up to 245.
