At the winter : 68Kg 150lb
And im 1.75m or 5'8'' tall.

The picture of the fat fuck is disturbing. How do you get to that stage? I mean I know its a mental disorder but when it gets to the stage you have to have someone clean your body because the skin is all dried up and scabby and oozing does something not click that maybe you've had enough?

Im 6'2 and between 165-170 lbs. Ive never really done any strength training or aerobics aside from martial arts excersizes and workouts, but the weight that I have is all super dense bone mass and dense, explosive muscle tissue. Weight training for size bulks muscles up with water mass... Id rather have my muscles rock hard.

From watching Bruce Lee my whole life, Ive partially adopted his stance and some elements of his style... its so uniquely his. When Im in combat mode I look like similar to Bruce... only a bit taller, not as chinese(lol), not quite as ripped, and... well Im not on his level yet but I aspire.
