Specifically I remember criticizing you on the sleeping part....and here I am, staying up till 4 am when I have to get up at 9...and I wasn't like this a few weeks ago, or even before I started using marijuana. But thanks for the tips, I'll try that out next time!
No problem, babe. To be honest, I didn't remember any criticism anyway. We see and hear so much flack here as mods that it has to be really major before it stands out.

Sorry you're having so much stress and financial worries. I'm sure none of that's helping your Crohn's, and stress alone can contribute in a big way to insomnia. Stress and fatigue are pretty much the number one cause of those annoying (but nearly always harmless) PSVT palpitations. Hope the Valsalva Maneuver helps with those. You take care!
birdgirl73 Reviewed by birdgirl73 on . Oh great, I have anxiety... For a long time I've had minor heart palpitations from time to time, usually pretty rare, but it seems in the past few months I've been getting them more and more frequent. Now I get them on a constant basis and I was just reading the symptoms of anxiety and I have just about every single one... Ok, well at least I know I don't need to see a heart doctor, but I would like some tips on how to avoid this. I did recently stop using marijuana, not a choice, I just ran out and I'm dead broke.
