Legalization
I was wondering if anyone knew a way to challenge the constitutional ligitimacy of the illigalization of marujuana. 'Life Liberty and the PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS' and use that to run a local ballot initiative to atleast decriminalize the stuff in my state/city.

People have tried it.
Doesn't work.
Apparently Pursuit of Happiness is over-rode by their breaking of the 4th Amendment.
Don't fret though child It'll be legal one day soon.
10 years, tops.

Well perhaps if you didnt have a corprate pupet in office mascrading as a donkey or elephant and had a green guy in there might make it easier to decriminalize the stuff

10 years, tops.
but then i realise that half of the kids and teenagers now-a-days know the truth, they know that cannabis is harmless and they realise that tobacco is evil. kids now-a-days are so much harder to fool for things liek the media and the government cos half of them would sooner listen to threads on cannabis.com then either of the two.
Change is definaltey coming, hopeully ten years, hopefully sooner,
Don't fret though child It'll be legal one day soon.

It would probably be better to do like the Navajo do with peyote.Start a church and smoking weed is part of the religious service, plus it would be tax exempt.Lets start a church!!!

Ah, I agree, fret about the legalization. Fight for it. Protest every chance you get, spread the word.
But don't be afraid it not being legalized. The idiots who say "It won't be legalized, so I'm not going to fight it." are the idiots who prevent it FROM being legalized. Don't fret that it won't be legalized, it will. But only if you fret and fight for it TO be legalized.
Sorry to cause any confusion.

I dont know about ten years but that is quite awhile. It all just depends on how the future presidents look at it and how medicinal marijuana develops and becomes more common place and excepted. I would assume the max amount of time might be like 25 years.
