    Lowryder 3

I've got a lowryder 3 plant. Compare it to the lowryder 2 plant in the lower right corner of my first picture.

Seriously though, this is my first indoor grow. Things seem to be coming along fine. I'm growing in a long window-box type planter, under 3 40-watt t12 GE Daylight tubes, and one 25-watt GE shop light. (One of my Daylight tubes broke, so I stuck in a cool white shop light) The little guys are lowryder 2, 12 days from seed and the bigger guys are big bud, 25 days from seed. The big bud plants are about 6 inches tall. Does this growth seem reasonable?

What are the plants in - the container? Maybe the photo is deceptive, but there doesn't seem to be much room for roots???

The one plant has three cotyledons, which i've never seen before. Hence the dumb joke. It's actually just a lowryder 2 though.

The bigger plants have more than a gallon of soil each, in a 36" long window box planter. I figured by planting them that way, their roots could overlap and thus grow more. Each of the bigger plants has about 8" of dirt underneath it. The little ones are just in plastic cups, but I'll transplant them to 8" pots as soon as they outgrow their cups. No way I could fit them all under the light if they were all in 8" pots though.

No, it's a Lowryder 2 plant with 3 cotyledons, so he named it "Lowryder 3". I think that's pretty cool, I haven't heard of any LR and LR crosses with 3 cotyledons yet.

    Peace,
    horror business :rasta:
