I might offend some people but it's what I believe. Unless you are protecting a family or a grow house haha you really don't need to be scared for your life. And I believe if you are protecting something VERY valueable, it's okay to have a firearm locked up in your house and unlock it every night for easy but hard to find access. like my pothead uncle does. he has three beautiful baby girls which i would protect with my life. infact, when I go there.....i know where the gun us, again, just for EMERGENCY reasons.

I mean, I don't live in the safest area and my dog doesn't know how to walk properly, so a knife is my only defense. It's a decent sized knife with a case that I can keep concealed.
