didnt I just make a self defense thread hahah. And Spoken Word, your wrong. People re in danger when out and about, especially women. Just watch the news, every damn day theres a new guy who has stolen or raped a women. EVERY-DAMN-DAY.

Yeah personally, ive never heard stories about people stealing women. what would the charge be? felony women theft? wtf...

I mean, I don't live in the safest area and my dog doesn't know how to walk properly, so a knife is my only defense. It's a decent sized knife with a case that I can keep concealed. Its more like a fillet knife. Anyone fucks with me...they may get a throat slashing. God forbid that happens, but thats what happens when thugs with no decency try to jack you. I can scream pretty loud anyway, lol, so that Rating: 5

I carry a 5 inch knife with me for protection. Where I was born, protection wasn't even thought of, it still isn't, but within 6 months of moving to Canada I got jumped by 3 unknown people, for no reason. I was just minding my own business when they came up to me and stomped my head in.

I recieved over 20 punches and 30 kicks to the head, so since that day, I have felt the need to carry one and slide the cold steel in anyone who tries to do that to me again.

I'm not paranoid, but these days, it is needed.
