    way to big

    ok i just started flowering about 2 weeks ago all but one plant it ok in size the other is way to tall if it doubles in size it will be bent over the celing i hear you cant top of budding plants but u can tie them down to do this do i just bend the top over and tie it to the stem? this isnt bad for the plants? i buds normally? this site is the 1st time ive heard of doin this....thanks yall :jointsmile:

    No, do not tie it over now...only when vegging...right now in flowering, it will cause stress...which could = lower yield, hermie, etc

    You can bend it no problem. I would not after the hairs start to develop. The top of the plant has the highest auxin concentration and largest cola. Are you dealing with sativa or indica? "You can twist the stem to stunt her. Good advice Karma.

    bend her slow. go back and forth to make her jelloy. be careful you dont want to kink her. You could tie her side ways. I would put a piece of cloth on the stem so you dont start cutting in to her.

    now as for bending your plant to make more room for the buds to grow.
    I have done it and it works just fine if not better.
    and I should know because I am ON MY 13th GROW. I'v been growing for 5 years.

    I would bend it like this. see pic.

    hydro thanks for the advice but 5 years is nothing to the people one this site haha we got old timers on here im going to wait and hope for advice for stinky cuz it seems everyone says something different
