first, do lots of reading in these forums, the answers are already all over this board (unfortunately, some BAD info here, as well, you will need to research your answers a bit, to make sure you got the good info) ... OK, 1. you are probably cooking the seedlings with heat from those bulbs, and poor ventilation ... 2. you are over-watering, and that kills seedlings it's called 'damp-off' or 'pythium wilt' ... the plants need to go through wet/dry cycles ... start reading your basic Grow instructions ... I STRONGLY suggest to you, and all other new growers, READ a good grow-manual BEFORE ever putting seeds in the ground ... every newbie makes the same dumb mistakes we ALL made in the beginning ... with all the books and online sources, there's not much reason to repeat our mistakes ... go to this link: GrowMoreWeed.com - Guides to growing cannabis weed marijuana ... clicking on the books listed in the column, you can download the entire book for FREE ... I strongly suggest anything by Mel Frank or Ed Rosenthal, for starting out ... not overly technical, they walk you through the basics, Rosenthal's "Closet Cultivator Guide is a good starter ... and, always use bagseed the first couple of grows, until your confidence and experience can take over ... good luck
