people forget the government has MANY legal taxes that generate alot of money. however the income tax is illegal and by law you are not required to pay it. if you are poor or an otherwise vulnerable citezin, you will most likey have the IRS come knocking at your door. if you somehow manage to have enough money to get a lawyer after the illegaly seize all your stuff, take it to court and you should win. the IRS doesnt want to go to court with a person who can afford a good lawyer because they know they are wrong.
