there is no law that requires you to pay a federal income tax. and if you do file a 1040 technically you are waiving your 5th amendment rights. the 16th amendment was never ratified by congress so there for the law is not in the books. and the supreme court even ruled that the 16th amendment gave the government no new taxing power. which means if you werent taxable before the 16th then you arent taxable after the 16th.

Yes, but these arguments have not held up in court. Since the judicial system interprets the law, and has found these arguments insubstantial, that means the 16th amendment is valid.

you are talking about the lower courts who are supposed to be in line with the supreme court but they are not. the supreme court ruled that the 16th amendment was unconstitutional and that it gave the government no new taxing power because of that. so basically if you werent taxable before the 16th then you werent taxable after the 16th.

actually you are more likely to be audited even if you do pay. the irs tends to pick on the poor and innocent. when it comes to arresting non payers they often times go after people who are famous or rich. cause that way they can repossess alot more stuff. and there are many examples of that. like ive said b4 if you just watch that movie you can see several accounts of the irs going after innocent non payers and the non payer won their trials. and then actual interviews from former irs agents who quit the irs because they found out that their agency that they worked for was lying to the american people. so please just watch the movie and dont be so ignorant p4b.

the fact is this country right now is being run by people who only have their express financial interests in mind. they dont want the american people to have a voice. they want us to be silent while they run every thing behind the scenes. thats why they want to create an american union, and give us all national ids with radio transmitters embedded in them. its all just then next step then they will inject us with computer chips so they can track our every movements. the government is not working in the peoples best interests anymore they arent even working within the constitution. we the people have the power in this country not those with the money.
