Actually, if you want to make your urine yellow, creatine's not going to do it, but B-2 and B-12 vitamins will Take about 10x the recommended daily dosage, or a couple multivitamins an hour or 2 before the test

Creatine is only needed for lab drug tests, and they're testing for creatinine, so no worries about that.
