It's such a big thing to say, but I feel as though I may have.

I returned back to my old job for the summer and ran into a girl I had seen before I left a few months earlier. When I saw her, well, hopefully most of you know what it feels like when you see someone who you think my be the 'one'.

I ended up sitting with her and a mutual friend and that was where we got talking.

We havn't had any deep meaningful conversations or anything, seeing as we've only spent time together at work (gave her a ride home one night after work) but we've really got along brilliantly for about 3-4 weeks.

From the start we've found each other's sense of humour (which i think has been the biggest thing to bring us together) great and we really think along the same lines. She's certainly acted like she has a certain affection for me and has said things like 'you make me laugh' etc, and is very relaxed around me (although she is fairly easy-going anyway).

I'm so confused right now, which I think is why i'm spouting all this drivel now.
This should be a great time, but I'm feeling so much anxiety and a general level of depression. She's gone on holiday for a week and I'm so down.

I'm feeling so impatient for her to come back. I really miss her, so much, and I know it's crazy to miss someone you've only been seeing at work for the last few weeks but I'm so wrapped up in it all. I'm worried that I'm putting way too much thought and pressure onto the whole idea and that I'm going to ruin any chances of a real relationship forming between us. But I can't help it....Even cannabis is failing to soothe me.

I'm sorry this is so long and so about me me me but I needed to get it off my chest. Is anyone else going through this right now? Am I reading too much into her being friendly, or might she return the feelings?

I'm not really looking for an answer, because I don't really have a question about this but if anyone could write anything that they think might help me (in any way) to get my head around this or if you're going through something similar and want to chat then go for it.
