duh... charcol all the fucking way... wait actualy... over an open fire... with alder wood but if i cant build a fire in a pit and toss some steaks over it... then charcol... gas... just leaves a funny taste on your food...like smoking out of a bong with month old warm moldy milk.... now charcol... god damn its like smoking weed out of a bong with fresh cold water....

My roomie and I also cooked some damn good burgers the other day. All this gets me to wondering how you guys like to grill. Both have their benefits. Gas is ready to cook instantly and easy to clean.
