The best remedy for little cuts like that, is to put a dab of Super Glue on them. You're body will naturally push out the glue, when it heals, and then you don't have to worry about lemon juice, alcohol, or salt getting in there.

I bet they would just have a big round surface with gentle ass grooves. It would give you room to spread your thighs and put your knees up.
