Do you think that if I transplanted all my plants in bigger pots with top soil it would be a big issue?

No, top soil is cool, just really inert.

sorry to disagree davejohn, but most topsoil i have seen doesnt do well for potted plants. you would be better off getting potting soil. it compacts badly and is mostly sand. in my personal exp. anyway.

Yeah I have seen a lot of noobs use various top soil products on their grows and get some problems from unstable pH, high clay content, etc.
Jsut shell out for potting soil. It's not expensive and you will thank your lucky stars later!!!

I used potting soil and it worked out alright for me. However I switched to an organic potting soil for my next grow.
