Can't stop eating!!!
That's a tough one... munchies, for me, is one of the best things about smoking. I look forward to stuffing my face :jointsmile:
I'd never give that up... I'd say exercise. Or munch on some food that's not bad for you

Can't stop eating!!!
Carrots, celery, cucumbers and tomatoes and some yogurt based dip! (start with plain yogurt and add- blue cheese, Italian herbs, a dash of ketchup and pickle relish, or whatever to make a dip) Fresh fruit - try a cold ripe peach or grapes! Make deviled eggs with yogurt instead of mayo. Drink lots of flavored teas with Splenda or Stevia(my choice) instead of sodas. Think before you eat- I leave myself a note on the fridge saying just that! Get the junk food out of the house! It's more what you eat, than how much you eat! - Granny:hippy:
