Carrots, celery, cucumbers and tomatoes and some yogurt based dip! (start with plain yogurt and add- blue cheese, Italian herbs, a dash of ketchup and pickle relish, or whatever to make a dip) Fresh fruit - try a cold ripe peach or grapes! Make deviled eggs with yogurt instead of mayo. Drink lots of flavored teas with Splenda or Stevia(my choice) instead of sodas. Think before you eat- I leave myself a note on the fridge saying just that! Get the junk food out of the house! It's more what you eat, than how much you eat! - Granny:hippy:

I eat to much when I smoke, way to much. It's a cause for one of the reasons why I don't model anymore. I would like to start modeling again, but I don't want to have to quit smoking but will have to change is me not eating when I'm high, any suggestions if I can do this or should I just stop smoking. :rastasmoke: Rating: 5
