Carrots, celery, cucumbers and tomatoes and some yogurt based dip! (start with plain yogurt and add- blue cheese, Italian herbs, a dash of ketchup and pickle relish, or whatever to make a dip) Fresh fruit - try a cold ripe peach or grapes! Make deviled eggs with yogurt instead of mayo. Drink lots of flavored teas with Splenda or Stevia(my choice) instead of sodas. Think before you eat- I leave myself a note on the fridge saying just that! Get the junk food out of the house! It's more what you eat, than how much you eat! - Granny:hippy:
