treadmill kicked my ass- need sympathy :(

I took a tumble on my treadmill- caught the edge of my MBT shoe, must have been getting tired after nearly an hour, and that lapse of concentration brought me down hard on my shoulder and then scraped me across the treadmill on my ass like a cartoon geek- nothing broken but my shoulder hurts like hell so I am just looking for some sweet stoner sympathy:stoned: I am smoking extra thoroughly tonight

Has anyone else ever slipped on a treadmill? My ipod went flying; thank god it's in a padded case. Too bad I wasn't

Yeah actually I myself have taken a spill once or twice before, but nothing that serious. Whenever it's too hot to run outside I run on the 'mill. It usually happens when I'm not paying attention or watching the tv, and I start to veer off to one side and the edge of my shoe catches the railing and it jerks me haha and most likely causes me to go down. Thankfully I'm like a cat and I catch my balance before I get hurt.

Oh man, I had the worst experience falling off a treadmill. I was at my dad's house prolly about 3 years ago, and my brother was on the treadmill. He was about 6 so he didn't really care about exercising, he was just fuckin around. And he kept turning the speed up faster and faster. Then once it was really high (not to my knowledge), he told me to try it. So I stepped on it, not knowing how fast it was going, and it just pulled my feet right out from under me. I was holding onto the handle part with both hands squeezing for my life lol. My legs were like swinging behind me in the air like a freakin cartoon and my knees kept rubbing against the walking part of the treadmill. This was happening for about a good 30 seconds. It was horrible, when I got off my knees were so cut up and had the worst scrapes. It was like rug burn times 100000 and I was bleeding and ugh it was real bad. Haha so don't feel too bad

Thanks sweetie,when the hubby comes home on Sunday I will put him to work!
I space out when I walk...I sing and sometimes close my eyes, so no wonder I took a spill. I'm like a stoned cat
