Yeah, something similar happened to me once. I was in this small gym at my apartment running on the treadmill, and I dropped my mp3 player. I tried to reach down and catch it but i just ended up tripping and flying back into a wall.

The worst part was that i was stuck in between the wall and the treadmill (with my knees on the moving belt) for about 15 seconds so i got abrasions all across my kneecaps (still have ugly scars lol).

I have never been on a treadmill..they look too dangerous. LOL..
Sounds like a warm bath and some epsom salt and a fat J wont cure..

That sucks, especially mid excercise. I had an elliptical trainer collapse on me once after a half hour or riding it and it scared the shit out of me.

I too got my ass kicked by a treadmill. Take it from me NEVER EVER TRY AND RUN ON ONE BACKWARDS AT HIGH SPEEDS!
