yeah i wore mine for like 3 and 1/2 years and i didn't do anything i was supposed to, it turned out good though, no white spots, i was fucking nervous too, but they clean your teeth as soon as they come off so they could probably fix it if there were white spots.

However, I have smoked cigarettes for the past 2 years (which obviously fucks up your teeth braces or not) and I drink a lot of soda and basically do all shit I'm not really supposed to do with braces.
