Just need to get something of my chest...

So yesterday me and my friend where waiting around for some weed to get dropped off(it was my mate wanting the weed) but whilst we where waiting in the house we decided to have a couple cans of bud and then I it was getting closer to the time to go and meet my dealer, anyways my dealer said he would call me when he got where I was supposed to be meeting him to get my weed.So now me and my mate are bored and just waiting for him to call and he isn't calling me so I thought I will just phone him,so I phoned him and was like dude where you at he was like I was waiting for you and I was calling you on your mobile phone and you didn't pick up,anyway so now I have missed my dealer coming.I decide to go and meet him,the time now is around about 10:00pm and he lives quite a way out and the only way I can get to him by bus BUT it was my mate wanting the weed as he can't get it off anyone else aswell also it was my mate paying for the weed aswell but he cant get any weed of anyone else anyway so i get the bus to where he lives and the time now is around about 11:00pm at night and i go and pick up the weed and come back on the bus but to get back to my mates house i have to get 2 different buses so i am now back in town at the bus station and I now have the weed and because of the time starting to get on late there was no buses running at this time so now I have to get a taxi back to my mates house as there is no buses running so I got a taxi back to his house and my mate payed for the taxi as he wanted the weed so he said he would pay for me to go and pick it up and now I am back at his house.

So now I have only been in the house for 30 seconds when my mates step dad says
"You are using him(my mate)"

I said "What the hell are you going on about"

He said "you are only using him for his cigarettes,alcohol and weed"

I said "how the fuck can you say I am using him"

anyways we had an argument about it but it doesn't help as he is an alcoholic he drinks a bottle of whisky a NIGHT and i think it could be that why he start saying shit about me apparently "using" my mate and my mate was like just ignore him because he is drunk.


My mates where saying don't let him get to you as he was drunk but i cant help but think about it and get pissed of about it.


What would you do if you where in that situation.

My first advice would be to ignore him. Second choice would be to make it clear to your buddy's step dad the trouble you went through to get your buddy his weed. If he's cool with weed that is. People don't typically go as far out of their way as you did for a friend they're just using.

Ignore him. There is usually a reason why people abuse substances like the way he sounds he his. He has his own set of problems and sounds very angry.

Don't stoop to his level by bickering back because that's what he's trying to do.

Next time he does that, just kill him with kindness.

Yeah, just ignore him. The people I know who drink too much, I dont even talk to them if its after 6 or 7 at night cause I don't wanna hear a bunch of dumb shit that they wont even remember the next day.

Yeah just listen to your friend, his stepdad's drunk. ignore him, he's just rambling after fitting things together in his head out of context.
