Hard to tell without pics and more info. Sounds like overwatering. What kind of medium are you using. If it's one with fertilzer already mixed in in may be too much for them at 13 days old. Lights s/b fine at this stage.

Don't have a camera, nor the money to afford one anytime soon. However, one of my plants, 13 days since planted, has very droopy leafs, they're not firm at all. Is this normal, or is it a lack of hydration/over hydration? Anyone got some advise, or should I just let nature take it's course.. As much as nature can work with a high powered light bulb.
