I used to be really bad about not wearing it, but when I received several (3) seat-belt tickets and had to pay $135 each time, it changed my mind on the issue. In NC, you can be stopped for anyone in the car not having a seatbelt, even if it is the only infraction. But I guess I should wear it anyway
