Took a 90 mph (145 kph) fastball, right on my nuts. I saw stars, and my team and the opposing team had no problem giving me over 15 minutes to recover. I spent most of it just curled up, sweating.

x.x i feel sorry for you dude... lol just being slapped in the nuts hurts like hell.. can't imagine taking a solid object liek a baseball at that kinda speed..

i have two, but strangely enough the first one hurt worse:
first one....giving birth to me and slips son...GAWD did that suck. in labor 27 hrs, no epidural till the last coupla hrs or so. back labor...where all the pain is concentrated in your lower back....*shudders* feels like that fatality move on mortal kombat where they rip your skeleton outta your body. then having to pass a 14 inch head outta your *bleep*...oh, and they had to use scissors on me and cut me to make more room for his humongous, enormous, huge huge head. (while still having no pain meds in me...so i felt the scissors, and then the stitches)

second one....walking from convenience store to connected washateria. look up just in time to see a car headed my way. it hits me, i figured they'd stop and all could be sorta forgiven, but no...it wasnt gonna happen like that. the bitch slams on the gas and plows me into an effin brick wall...snapping my right leg in half at the thigh. spent lil over a week in the hospital, now have a metal rod in my thigh, pain every day (still, and this was a year ago), and spent 2 months laid up in bed.

sad thing is...poor slip had to watch both incidents occur....and to his credit, he didnt faint on either one

hmmm i would say it was this time i really hadda take a shit like really really really really really bad... but hadda hold it in for like 4 and half hours...

or... i unnow maybe the time i fell down the stairs in my house and fuckin tumbled all the way down only to land nose first on the hardwood floor... that kinda sucked

Definitely smashing my coxic bone when i crashed off my trials bike on a serated edge of a metal bench that was about 0.1mm wide. At the time, it was incredibly painful..but the most painful part was hobbling the 2km to the train station hearing and feeling my ass crunch every time i moved my hips. The pain shot straight up my spine and filled my entire body with each finite movement. I'm pretty sure i broke it coz i couldn't walk properly for at least 3 weeks..but no point in seeing a doctor for something that can't be fixed!

When i got home, i started whimpering/crying because it just hurt SOOO MUCH!

Man! i was gonna tell about some poxy abscess near my bum but i can't even sit right after reading that

tha worst pain i ever had was when a boar with 3 inch tusks ripped my right leg open from hip to knee, needless to say that a 12 gauge fixed tha bastard and morphine dulled the otherwise excruciating bloody pain in my leg

Breaking my back was probably the most pain i've ever been in.

Second to that it'd have to getting shot. You feel yourself go backwards and then you feel it. It's hard to describe, but it hurts less than i ever though it would. I think the shock stops alot of the pain from comming through.

And 3rd, getting my hand trapped and mangled by a fly wheel and a fan belt while the boat was on 2000 revs - which is almost top end for a marine engine [ on the broads]

I would go with maybe when I had food poisoning in furteventura (cant spell it). I had severe stomach cramps for 4 days and was unable to sleep, eat, basically do anything. I also started halucinating.

Or it could be when I broke my arm in year 7 the bone was completely snaped and was poking into my skin. That was pretty painful.

I think it was food poisoning, but w/e it was it was terrible. I had excruciating sharp pains in my abdomen for about 3 hours. I bruised my hand and head from hitting the floor while I lied their trying to make my brain concentrate on something else.

I ended up taking a piece of candy and life resumed being good .
