He's not stoned! He's just happy and mesmerized by being stroked on the head and talked to gently! I can turn either of my dogs into absolute zombies instantly with the same technique. I don't know my dog does the exact same thing when it's stoned. Just sets there and looks dazed out.

Just a heads up that we don't advocate the smoking out of dogs or other pets here and that we delete threads that encourage or discuss such activity. We humans make a conscious choice about whether or not to get high. Animals do not have that ability, and pet owners aren't making a humane choice when they make that decision for pets, who do not benefit from lungsful (or brainsful) of smoke.
